Guest lecture for Colombian American Chamber of Commerce on Pricing Policy for Orphan Drugs
The Colombian American Chamber of Commerce, AmCham Colombia, held a cycle of virtual practical exercises and illustrative talks between October and November 2020 that address "Rare Diseases and Orphan Drugs", the situation of patients suffering from them in times of pandemic and the challenges ahead, from different perspectives.
Mark Nuijten was guest lecturer on first session entitled “Orphan Drug Paradox" and presented An innovative pricing model to assess the price of expensive drugs with an orphan indication.
